Holding Inc. (Nasdaq: TRIT), which provides turn-key water
resources management, water and wastewater treatment, industrial
safety and pollution control solutions, announced today that the
Company had made the following management changes within its
subsidiaries:
- Appointment of Mr. Satish Kumar Chopra as the
CEO of the Indian operation;
- Appointment of Mr. Weidong
Bi as the President of Tranhold Environmental (Beijing) Tech Co., Ltd. (the "Tranhold");
- Appointment of Mr. Rongguo Shi
as Senior Vice President of Indian operations, entrusted with
managing Human Resources, Accounting, as well as Procurement in
India. Mr. Shi, formerly
Tranhold's president, will assist Mr. Chopra;

In addition to the changes to the management of subsidiary
companies, the senior management consolidated project-related unit
of Tri-Tech (Beijing) Co., Ltd.
with that of Tranhold and reduced headcount to 29 to run the
consolidated operations.

Mr. Shi will serve the Company well with their new roles," CEO of

About Mr. Weidong Bi
Mr. Bi has more than 20 years' experience in the water and
wastewater treatment fields. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Bi has
served as the Vice President of Tri-Tech entrusted with managing
project-related activities across the subsidiaries. Prior to
Tri-Tech, he served as a project manager in the water treatment
department of the Industry Solutions Group of Siemens Ltd.,
China and the Beijing Office of
Chevalier (Envirotech) Ltd.
Mr. Bi earned his MS degree in environmental and chemical
engineering from the Nanjing
University of Science and Technology in 1995 and a BS degree in
environmental monitoring from the East China Institute of
Technology in 1988. He has held a Project Management Professional
Certificate issued by the China Ministry of Labor and Social
Security since 2003 and a Certificate of Senior Engineering from
the Beijing municipal government
since 2001.
About Mr. Satish Kumar Chopra
Prior to his appointment, Mr. Chopra served as a senior
consultant to Tri-Tech India advising recruitment at senior level,
project procurement as well as project implementation.
Over the last 40 years Mr. Chopra, 66, served as Vice
President, Business Head, General Manager, Senior Manager as well
as Project Chief in companies such as Soma Enterprise Ltd., Jindal
Water Infrastructure Ltd., Nuchem Limited, Doshi Ion Exchange &
Chemical Industries Limited, Jord Engineers India Limited, Driplex Water Engineering
Limited, Otoklin Plants & Equipments Limited and Triveni
Engineering Limited. Mr. Chopra participated and managed numbers of
EPC and BOOT projects dealing with water, wastewater and solid
waste treatment.
About Mr. Rongguo Shi
Mr. Shi has 12 years of experience in general manager or human
resources positions for large domestic and international
communications, IT and environmental enterprises. He is familiar
with managing multi-function integrated operations and management.
He is a specialist in developing business management models and
strategies and has a deep understanding of corporate culture, human
resources management and enterprise-wide management.
Prior to his appointment, Mr. Shi was the President of Tranhold
and previously served as the General Manager of the Department of
Operation Management entrusted with managing Human Resources &
General Administration. Most recently, Mr. Shi served as Vice
Chief secretary of the Beijing Information &
Telecommunication Committee, as well as director and general
manager of Beijing Opportunities & Resources Technology
Co. Ltd. He previously served the Golden State Environment
Group Company as human resources director for the group and General
Manager of Beijing Rohrueck Garbage Bins Co. Ltd., responsible for
human resources management and Rohrueck's overall operation and
management. He has worked as HR director and VP of
Telecommunication Services of Changfeng Communication (Group) Co.
Ltd., a Chinese A share listed company. He also served as an
outside director of the company. Prior to that, he served as
general manager of Stellar Maga-Media Cinema Development Co.
Ltd., the domestic subsidiary of SMI Corporation listed on the Hong
Kong Stock Exchange. Mr. Shi also has worked at the Beijing Great
Dragon Information Technology International Co. Ltd., serving as
assistant general manager and a member of the payroll committee of
the board, responsible for recruitment, assessment, payroll,
benefits, training and labor relations and improvement of various
human resources programs. He also worked at Rizhao Railway Middle
School of Jinan Railway Bureau and served as secretary of the
League Committee and head of the Foreign Language Teaching and
Research Group.
Mr. Shi earned his BA in English Language and Literature from
Suzhou Railway Teachers College. He has a master's degree in law
from Beijing Normal University. He also attended the young
cadres training in business administration organized by China
Potevio Co., Ltd. and Beijing Institute of Economics
Management and has received human resources training at the Beijing
Municipal Personnel Bureau.
