NS8 Corporation (OTCBB:NSEO) - To bundle NS8 iWave Interactive "IP-Media-Anywhere" Media Distribution System for Direct-to-Consumer Delivery with Amino Set-top Box Platform NS8 Corporation announces that it has completed a strategic worldwide Reseller Agreement with Amino Communications LLC to bundle NS8's iWave Interactive Systems(TM) technology with Amino's AmiNET110 Set-top Box and future models. These technologies will provide secure distribution, automated licensing, royalty collection and usage management of media from content-owner to consumer. Starting Q4-2005, NS8 will offer iWave Interactive Products which bundle Amino's AmiNET110 STB. By the end of Q4-2005, NS8 will offer its next generation iWave System with Amino's AmiNET124 STB featuring MPEG4-H.264/AVC. This Reseller Agreement will provide NS8's growing customer base with a bundled offering that supports a Direct to Consumer business model using a sub-distribution leasing of our iWave Systems technology to consumer based services companies such as telco's and ISP's. NS8 will fulfill customer demand using Amino's VAR-distribution channel partner "AMT" to provide turn-key OEM product bundles and direct customer fulfillment of the integrated Amino-NS8 product bundle. The bundled NS8-Amino offering will enable consumers with the "ultimate" on-demand portability experience offered by service providers. Service providers will realize immediate benefit with excellent customer retention, increased profit margins over IPTV deployments with immediate revenue collection, royalty management and fulfillment using NS8 tools. Within the terms of the Reseller Agreement, Amino Communications LLC will provide NS8 early access to its new product developments and releases, including; pre-market new technology benchmarks for early market promotion and release. In addition, Amino Communications LLC will provide NS8 with OEM private label access, co-branding and marketing promotion supporting all collaborative initiatives including; co-op technology integrations, associated marketing collateral and Trade Show support.
