Minco Gold Corporation (the "Company" or "Minco Gold")
(TSX:MMM)(NYSE MKT:MGH)(FRANKFURT:MI5) reports that the following
four directors were elected at the annual general and special
meeting of shareholders of the Company held on June 27, 2013:
