Item 8.01 Other Events.

On September 30, 2008, Live Current Media Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it has signed a letter of intent with Domain Strategies, Inc., a leading internet development and management company, to jointly establish a new company for the purpose of building, managing and monetizing the www.karate.com domain name owned by the Company.
