On August 15, 2008, Live Current Media Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its second fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2008. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.

The Company will hold a conference call and simultaneous Web cast on Tuesday, August 19, 2008, beginning at 4:15 p.m. Eastern time to discuss the Company's second quarter 2008 financial results and provide an update on general business developments.
