Walmart Inc. said it will sell Asda Group Ltd. to J Sainsbury
PLC in a deal valuing Asda at about 7.3 billion pounds ($10.1
billion). "Walmart to Sell British Unit Asda to U.K. Rival
Sainsbury -- Update," at 0717 GMT, mistakenly had the currency of
the deal's value in U.S. dollars in the first paragraph. The value
is GBP7.3 billion pounds, not $7.3 billion.
