J Sainsbury PLC (SBRY.LN) said Thursday that its catalogue retail subsidiary, Argos Ltd., will create 150 technology jobs to support its digital growth.

The company said this will increase Argos's technology team by 25% and the new roles will range from graduates to more senior positions.

The Argos's technology team develops in-house technology related to delivery and store collection at more than 850 stores in the U.K., the company said.
