Global IT Holdings Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GITH) releases name change and new corporate website. Chief Executive Officer Eric Stratton Racheff has released this statement:

"I am pleased to release the new name of our company of which will go into effect in mid-September along with a ticker symbol change to correspond with the name change. Once that is final and in place the new company name will be Stratton Corporation. As I have said in previous releases it will continue to be a holding company. It was determined that a name change was appropriate as we have a fully new board of directors, new direction and new way of operating.

"Along with that I am please to announce the creation of our new corporate website to better inform shareholders. While the website is not yet fully complete it is now live and accessible by all. It can be accessed at www.strattoncorp.com. This website is the beginning of creating a more prominent presence in the investor community. We also would love to hear feedback from shareholders on how to further improve the website based on shareholders needs and wants.
