Sounds like a movie script! Apparently, SIF, Inc. is the consulting company that the EDXC Board hired, and they also have Lt Col. Johnson Jr. (impressive) on board. Frankly, anybody is better than before. It's a 90-day gig to find a new CEO, according to the PR. Let's see how they do!

Sounds like this was an easy cash out for Todd, let someone else do the work of closing the doors, and making him not look responsible for the consequences.

Look into the new CEO and run fast. Brad has had at least 5-6 jobs in the last 5-6yrs and one was an Uber driver. He diluted the shit out of WRFX with Toxic notes, all while living in LA, driving a Maserati SUV, buying land in Hawaii and a bunch of other crap. Before finally being forced out.

This is old news. There is hardly anything left of CBD Unlimited. Walgreens and Target don't sell their products anymore. Inventory is no longer available online at these stores plus Amazon. The two big box stores no longer grant space for CBD Unlimited products on the shelf. So what is Todd going to do? CBD is dead.

Like I said before I guys we're going back to a vape company like we were in 2015. What a joke!!!

Check the CBD muscle and joint cream on Walgreens website. The product is no longer stocked on the shelves in my area. The product is no longer instock on Walgreens website and cannot be shipped as well. Not good Todd. Looks like we're back to a vape company.

I also have a lot of money in this as well as other people that I mentioned this to as well have a lot of money in this.

Just my two cents but I don't feel a company that puts this out is getting ready to close it's doors. Anything is possible as I held HCMC in this business and it went belly up. Time will tell, sometime this summer I think as there will be an audit report.

It'd NOT true the company posted on its Facebook page last night clarifying this. The form was filed to suspend filings until the audit is finished. You are spreading wrong information.

It looks like EDXC has filed with SEC to close out business, explains why the silence, no reports. All of us share holders got caught holding the bag.
