(PINKSHEETS: BZRT) announces today that it has concluded a Letter Agreement with Viral Pwnage, LLC online gaming site that has approximately 34,000,000 participating players throughout the world, with a sub-set of 15,000,000 participating players ages 8-17, KidzRocket.com's target market.

ViralPwnage.com will partition the games suitable for BZRT's target market with a strong emphasis on parental control. Massively multiplayer online game (also called MMO and MMOG) is a multiplayer video game which is capable of supporting hundreds or thousands of players simultaneously. By necessity, they are played on the Internet. All costs of developing and maintaining the site along with all costs of linking the games to KidzRocket.com site will be borne by the Viral Pwnage, LLC. Revenues will be shared on a 50-50 basis with the expectation that BZRT will receive 47% revenue. Players during the first six months are projected to reach 500,000 with revenues projected to be $24-$32 million and 70% EBITDA.
