Monique Berry, President and Board Member for BEHL (Pink Sheets:BEHL), announced the following Shareholder Update: Ms. Berry stated today, "I am pleased to announce the following updates to our valued shareholders:

1) The Company has received many requests from shareholders wanting to learn more about the day-to-day operations at BioCentric Energy and the background and industries of its potential clients. In February 2010, Dennis Fisher, BioCentric Energy's Chairman of the Board, met Ms. Venus Brightstar, a Native American Indian of the Ma-Chis (Creek People) tribe, at the NAA West Coast Chapter Workshop in Las Vegas, Nevada. Since this meeting, Ms. Brightstar has become a valued VAR (value added reseller) bringing several potentially large clients to the Company. A few of Ms. Brightstar's clients are Native American tribes all seeking green solutions, employment opportunities and a quick return on investment with continuous revenue. The Company and Venus Brightstar are working daily to solidify several contracts and execute plans for deployment this year.

2) BioCentric Energy's PBR systems are receiving much interest from the United Nations and other philanthropic organizations that are working to improve economically deprived regions. Because the PBRs can grow mass quantities of algae, it will be a source of nutrition for humans, create employment opportunities and improve the quality of feed for cattle and chickens. Due to this interest, the Company has retained Ms. Kara Bensley to incorporate her work and first hand experiences in Africa into the Company's Solutions 28 business plan. Upon the completion of this business plan, it will be sent to the United Nations and others wanting the Company's PBR systems.

3) BioCentric Energy's first commercial site in Southern California and its commercial demo system are demanding a lot of time and internal resources. Therefore, the Company is currently interviewing for lab and field technicians to better support its needs.

4) BioCentric Energy's R&D Manager, Mr. Helmut Gass, is currently engineering an innovative method for extracting oil from algae. Mr. Gass stated today, "I am using my experience of operating a biodiesel plant and believe there is a cost effective and quick method for extraction that is similar to supercritical CO2 but more efficient for extracting the oil from algae."
