BioCentric Energy Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BEHL) -- Effective as of April 2nd, 2010 Dr. Brian Goodall assumed the position of CEO of BioCentric Energy in place of Dennis Fisher who will remain active with the Company as Chairman of the Board and Executive VP of Business Development.

With the successful installation of the Company's commercial demonstration photobioreactor system (PBR) at its headquarters in Santa Ana, California, BioCentric Energy has begun the commercializing of its systems, services and products. In addition to implementing the Company's Community Algae Farm, (encompassing approximately 150+ acres of land in Southern California), BioCentric Energy will begin site assessments and the subsequent deployment of algae farms for clients throughout the US, as well as many other countries.

With the strong leadership of Dr. Goodall, BioCentric Energy is also positioning itself to more broadly to serve our partners, affiliates and customers in the algae-related industries such as nutraceuticals, chemicals and fuels.
