resources to defend its intellectual property, brands, and
management's credibility through all means available. During the
past three months the Company has vigorously pursued counterfeit
distribution of its flagship Libigrow® product through the hiring
of one of Americas most respected private investigative companies,
which has been gathering evidence on numerous counterfeiters across
the United States. Further, the
Company's management commenced working with ICE (Immigration and
Customs Enforcement) and other Federal and State government
agencies to detect and seize shipments of counterfeit product as it
arrives from China. The Company
and ICE together seized a considerable amount of counterfeit
product in South Florida a few
weeks ago. The Company has also retained multiple law firms to
represent them in pursuing all areas of recovery for damages from
known counterfeiters. The potential for damages is in the millions
and the Company will use all available means to pursue counterfeit
distributors.
Further, it has come to the attention of the Company that a
consistent pattern of attempts to slander the Company and its
management exists on public message and chat boards, in particular
"Yahoo Finance Message Boards". The Company respects the rights of
individuals regarding freedom of speech, however, it will use all
of its resources to defend itself against slander, especially in
cases where it was meant to harm the Company and its management for
the pursuit of personal financial gain.
