CALL CENTRE EXPO 2010

Sangoma(R) Technologies Corporation (TSX VENTURE:STC), a leading provider of
hardware and software enabling server-based voice and data communication
applications, today announced at the Call Centre Expo event the general
availability of Sangoma's NetBorder Call Analyzer 2.0 software on the Linux
operating system. The product was previously only available under the Windows
operating system.

"Typically, IT organizations have very strong preferences when it comes to
choosing their architecture and implementation operating system," said Frederic
Dickey, director of product marketing at Sangoma. "By adding support for both
platforms, whether our customers chose to run Linux or Windows in their
infrastructure, they will now all have access to the wealth of features
NetBorder Call Analyzer offers. And to even better serve our customers, in the
future, all new releases of the product will become available on both platforms
simultaneously."

NetBorder Call Analyzer automates the real-time classification of outbound
calls. The software can determine with great accuracy and speed whether an
outbound call reached a human, or a voice mail system, a fax machine or other
type of device. This allows automated dialers to transfer only relevant calls to
outbound call center agents. This significantly improves their productivity and
campaign business results as well as reduces operating costs to ultimately
increase contact center revenues. And NetBorder Call Analyzer integrates
seamlessly in both pure IP networks and in traditional telephony networks via
gateways.

Many of Sangoma's customers are experiencing the benefits that come with
NetBorder Call Analyzer for Linux. In fact, one Linux-based Sangoma customer
that provides cloud-based communication services now sees greater flexibility in
deployment. As a result, the company is better positioned to offer premium
outbound services to their own customers.
