NDR New Dimension Resources Ltd

New Dimension Resources Ltd. ("Company") (TSX VENTURE:NDR) is pleased to provide
an update on its Cenepa Project, located in northern Peru.


On September 11, 2006, the Company announced that it had attained an irrevocable
right to acquire ten petitions for mining concessions totaling 10,000 hectares
in northern Peru. The concessions sit south of the Ecuadorian border and along a
regional mineral trend within which the significant Aurelian Resources Fruta Del
Norte discovery occurs. The concessions were acquired by Minera NDR Peru S.A.C.
("Minera NDR") a Peruvian corporation, subject to approval by the Peruvian
government. Minera NDR was subsequently informed that seven of the ten
concessions overlap the nucleus of the Santiago Comina Reserved Area and title
would not be granted at that time.


The Company has recently been notified by its Peruvian legal counsel that
Supreme Decree 023-2007 AG has been issued reducing the size of the Reserved
Area. Minera NDR's claims are now outside the Reserved Area and the Company is
proceeding to confirm title, which is anticipated to be granted this fall. The
Company is extremely pleased by this positive development and looks forward to
exploring its highly prospective concessions.
