VANCOUVER,
Jan. 28, 2014 /CNW/ - Golden Harp
Resources Inc. (GHR: TSX.V) ("Golden Harp" or the "Company")
announces that it received the approval of its shareholders and the
TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") regarding the consolidation
of its issued common shares on the basis of ten old shares for one
new share.
Effective at the opening of trading on
January 30, 2014, the Company's
common shares will be called for trading on the Exchange on a
consolidated basis. The Company's name and symbol will remain
the same. The post-consolidated common shares of the
Company will be assigned a new CUSIP number of CA53626Q2045. The
consolidation will reduce the number of outstanding common shares
from 24,884,042 to approximately 2,488,404. No fractional common
shares will be issued pursuant to the consolidation. All
fractional common shares of less than one-half of a share will be
rounded down to the nearest whole common share and all such
fractional interests will be cancelled, and all fractional common
shares of one-half or greater will be increased to one whole common
share.
The Company's currently outstanding stock
options and share purchase warrants will also be adjusted on the
same basis with proportionate adjustments being made to the
exercise price.
