Deveron Commences Trading on the TSX Venture Exchange

Deveron Resources Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:DVR) is pleased to announce
that its common shares started trading on the TSX Venture Exchange today under
the symbol "DVR".
The Company has 11,794,505 common shares and 7,256,090 warrants issued and
outstanding. 8,379,505 common shares and 6,841,090 warrants are being held in
escrow pursuant to a Tier 2 Value Security Escrow Agreement.
