Quebecor Media Network Inc., a subsidiary of Quebecor Media Inc., is pleased to announce an exclusive new agreement to distribute Sears Canada Inc.'s national flyer in LE SAC PLUS. Under the agreement, Quebecor Media Network will distribute more than 100 million pieces of promotional literature across Quebec per year for Sears. The flyers will be supported by a media campaign developed by Quebecor Media and carried by all its media properties during the life of the contract.

The agreement with respect to LE SAC PLUS is an extension of Quebecor Media's national distribution agreement with Sears Canada, which covers newspapers, television, magazines and the Internet in both Quebec and English Canada.

"We are proud of the strong national partnership we have been able to build over the years with Sears Canada," said Pierre Karl Peladeau, President and CEO of Quebecor Inc, Quebecor Media Inc. and Sun Media Corporation. "The agreement announced today demonstrates Sears confidence in LE SAC PLUS, a new distribution alternative that leverages all of Quebecor Media's properties to reduce advertisers' distribution costs and support their growth."

Sears joins leading advertisers such as Jean Coutu, Best Buy, Future Shop, Rossy, Centre Hi-Fi, Stereo Plus and Ashley in LE SAC PLUS, as well as many regional and local advertisers.

Quebecor Media Network is Canada's leading distributor of flyers. It reaches more than 6.7 million Canadian households every week, including 3.4 million in Quebec. Together, Quebecor Media's properties (newspapers, magazines, web sites, television channels and illico) reach 96% of Quebec households every week.
