To provide its growing customer base with the best possible experience,
Videotron created more than 540 new jobs across Quebec in 2011. As Quebec's most
respected telecommunications provider for the sixth consecutive year,(1)
Videotron is an employer of choice. It has been actively supporting local
economic development by, among other things, creating hundreds of jobs at its
Outaouais and Lanaudiere call centres over the last two years.


Since 2009, Videotron has created more than 2,000 good tech jobs in engineering,
customer service and product development, largely as a result of the Company's
move into mobile services. In its first year as a facilities-based mobile
carrier, Videotron tripled its mobile customer base and achieved the highest
customer satisfaction rate in eastern Canada.(2) Overall, Videotron has created
4,200 new jobs over the last 10 years, bringing its total workforce to 6,000.

Open house in Gatineau 

Videotron has created 206 good jobs since May 2010 in the Gatineau area alone,
where it opened a major call centre, and has invested a total of $3.3 million in
the region's economy. The Human Resources team is still looking for 70 dynamic
employees who care about customer service. Interested candidates are invited to
