cent of the issued share capital of that class.



The Company received notification on 25 July 2003 that, following a purchase by
Unicorn AIM VCT plc of 53,333,336 Ordinary shares in the recent placing of
Ordinary shares in the Company, Unicorn Asset Management Limited is interested
in 53,333,336 Ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company representing 12.73 per
cent of the issued share capital of that class.
