announcement released today under RNS No 4418U, 20 January 2004, at 15.17.   The
Company has been informed that the correct name of the purchaser of the shares
in the Company is the Small Companies Dividend Trust plc.  All other details
remain unchanged. The full amended text appears below.



The company was notified on 15 January 2004 by Small Companies Dividend Trust
plc that, following a purchase of 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company, Small
Companies Dividend Trust plc now have a notifiable interest of 1,000,000 shares
representing 6.04% in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. All of
these shares are registered in the name of HSBC Global Custody Nominees (UK)
Limited.
