Following the placing of 5,200,000 new ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the
Company ("Placing") announced on 13 March 2003, the Company received
notification on 14 March 2003 from Christows Limited that clients of Christows
Limited, as detailed below, have a notifiable interest in 5,300,000 ordinary
shares, representing approximately 57.9% of the Company's enlarged issued share
capital of 9,155,648 ordinary shares, being the number of shares in issue
following the Placing.

In addition the Company was notified on 14 March 2003 that Prof. Henry Beker has
disposed of his total holding of 145,711 ordinary shares in the Company and
therefore no longer has an interest in the Company's ordinary shares.

Furthermore, following the Placing, each of Monument Capital, James Laurence and
Anthony Wright will have unchanged shareholdings representing 12.92%, 4.22% and
6.69% respectively of the enlarged issued share capital.
