On May 4, 2023, Zoetis Inc. (the Company) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the first quarter of 2023 and maintaining its guidance for full year 2023. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
