Western Asset/Claymore Inflation-Linked Securities & Income
Fund (NYSE:WIA), a diversified closed-end management investment
company, declared its monthly dividend of $0.0575 per share. This
represents an annualized distribution rate of 6.94% based upon the
closing market price of $9.94 on October 31, 2008. Since the Fund�s
inception on September 25, 2003, through October 31, 2008, the Fund
generated an average annual total return, including reinvestment of
dividends, of 0.51% based on net asset value (�NAV�) and -2.02%
based on market price. The Fund�s one year total return, as of
October 31, 2008, was -10.87% based on NAV and -9.63% based on
market price. The Fund�s five year total return, including
reinvestment of dividends, as of October 31, 2008, was 0.37% based
on NAV and -2.13% based on market price. Past performance does not
guarantee future results. Dividends will be paid on November 28,
2008 to shareholders of record as of November 14, 2008. The
ex-dividend date will be November 12, 2008. If it is determined
that a notification is required, pursuant to Section 19(a) of the
Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, such notice will be
posted to the Fund�s website after the close of business three
business days prior to the payable date. If a distribution rate is
