Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 27, 2023, Darrell Brock, Jr. submitted his resignation as Vice President, Business Development, of TortoiseEcofin Acquisition Corp. III (the “Company”), effective immediately. There were no disagreements between the Company and Mr. Brock on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
