NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Telefônica Brasil S.A. (“Company”) (B3: VIVT3; NYSE: VIV), in the form and for the purposes of CVM Resolution No. 44/2021 (“CVM Resolution 44”), hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, the set of contracts for reciprocal sharing of telecommunications infrastructure elements, signed between the Company, Winity II Telecom Ltda., and Winity S.A. ("Winity") on August 8^th, 2022, were terminated, on this date, after recent interactions between the parties. Additionally, Winity informed the Company about its decision to renounce to the rights of use of the 700 MHz frequency spectrum before ANATEL.

The Company is available for any further clarifications that may be necessary.
