PR Newswire (US)
FAIRFAX, Va., March 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SRA International,
Inc. (NYSE:SRX) today announced that Federal Computer Week has
named Jean-Paul Boucher and Timothy Wang to its list of the top 100
leaders who had the greatest impact on the government information
systems community in 2006. The 18th annual listing recognizes
executives from government, industry, and academia that made a
difference in the way technology was bought, managed, or used in
the past year. The winners will be honored during ceremonies on
March 26 at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Tysons Corner, Virginia.
Jean-Paul Boucher serves as Director of Wireless Integration
Services at SRA, where he is responsible for deploying wireless
solutions for national security, civil government, and health care
and public health clients. In 2006, Boucher supported the
development of government departmental and agency-wide wireless
policies and implemented wireless solutions supporting critical
services such as health research, continuity of operations, public
safety interoperability, and tactical communications. He was also
involved in national security efforts to ensure continuing
communication of critical information during disasters, including
geospatial collaboration solutions to enable emergency responders
to send and receive voice, video, and data communications. Boucher
also serves as a technology expert for WTTG TV Fox 5 news. Timothy
Wang is a Principal Consultant in the SRA Touchstone Consulting
Group and supports the Company's work for the U.S. Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) Office of E-Government and Information
Technology. In 2006, Wang provided both analytical and technical
assistance to OMB in support of the federal budget process. He also
supported all of OMB's E-Government Initiative portfolios with
specific focus on the Government-to-Business portfolio. Wang helped
the federal portfolio managers establish funding requirements,
migration milestones, and performance measures. He was also
instrumental in the changes made to Section 300 of OMB Circular
A-11, which provides guidance to federal agencies on planning,
budgeting, acquisition, and management of capital assets. "We are
pleased to have two winners recognized for their outstanding
