FAIRFAX, Va., Jan. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SRA International,

organizations, has been recognized by FORTUNE magazine as one of
the "100 Best Companies to Work For" for an eighth straight year.
SRA is ranked number 61 on the 2007 list and also ranked 27 on the
medium-sized company list. The rankings, available now at
http://www.fortune.com/, will appear in the January 22 issue,
available on newsstands January 15. The annual "100 Best Companies
to Work For" list is compiled for FORTUNE by Robert Levering and
Milton Moscowitz of the Great Place to Work Institute in San
Francisco and is based on an evaluation of the policies and culture
of each company and the opinions of the company's employees.
Two-thirds of the total score comes from employee responses to a
57-question survey, which goes to a minimum of 400 randomly
selected employees from each company. The survey focuses on
employee attitudes towards management, job satisfaction, and
camaraderie within the organization. The remaining one-third of the
score is based on an evaluation of each company's demographic
composition, pay and benefits programs, and culture. FORTUNE cited
SRA for its employee referral program, which was responsible for 47
percent of the company's more than 1,200 new hires in fiscal year
