Senior Executive Appointed Human Capital Officer FAIRFAX, Va., Nov.

Dan Ward has joined SRA as Vice President and Human Capital
Officer. He will report to SRA President and CEO Renny DiPentima
and work with the executive management team to design, develop, and
implement talent management strategies, including workforce
planning, recruiting and staffing, employee and leadership
development, performance management, and retention. Ward has more
than 28 years of experience directing public and private sector
organizations through strategic workforce development. Before
joining SRA, he served as Chief Architect, Organization and
Transformation Design at EDS, a global technology services company.
In that position, he provided human capital management services for
EDS human resources outsourcing clients. His responsibilities
included workforce development, employee retention and morale
programs, succession planning, and integrated leadership and
executive development programs. Ward previously held senior human
resources management positions with Texaco and GTE. "Dan is a
