competitive contract to provide a range of IT services to the U.S.
Navy's Military Sealift Command (MSC). The contract has an
estimated value of $108.5 million over six years if all options are
exercised. MSC provides ocean transportation of equipment, fuel,
supplies, and ammunition to sustain U.S. forces worldwide. Under
this contract, SRA will provide operations and maintenance services
for the IT systems which support MSC's afloat operations. SRA
services will include project management; administration and
management of the afloat network operations center; afloat
operations support (to include infrastructure and communications
support); hardware and software upgrades and integration; and user
