Gilligan will join the Company on August 29, 2005, as Vice President & Deputy Director, Defense Sector. From 1998 to 2000, Gilligan served as the CIO for the Department of Energy, where he developed and directed IT management strategies, policies, and practices for the Department, including information protection, strategic planning, networking and security, and establishing system and information architectures.
