Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition

In a news release after the market closed on March 1, 2023, SilverBow Resources, Inc. (“SilverBow Resources” or the “Company”) announced fourth quarter and full year 2022 financial and operational results, provided 2023 guidance and reported that a conference call for investors, discussing the Company’s financial and operational results, would be held at 9:00 a.m. (CST) on March 2, 2023. In the release, the Company also announced that the conference call would be webcast live and archived on its website at www.sbow.com. The press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.

Also on March 1, 2023, SilverBow Resources posted a corporate presentation to its website at www.sbow.com, which the Company may use from time to time in communications or conferences. A copy of the corporate presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
