Rick Kangail will be responsible for driving the strategic vision and operations of the Human Resources Department of Monaco Coach. He will provide company-wide direction for leadership development, benefits, compensation and other human resource issues for Monaco's 6,000+ employees in Oregon, Indiana and other locations throughout the U.S. Kangail brings to Monaco over 20 years of executive human resources experience in domestic and international environments across multiple industries. He served as General Manager of Human Resources for UNOCAL Corporation's North American Business Units and Corporate Staff. Previously, Kangail worked for ARCO and PG&E. He received his Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and a Certified Compensation Professional. As the new National Sales Manager for Holiday Rambler Motorhomes, one of Monaco's legacy brands, John Draheim brings more than eight years of Recreational Vehicle industry experience in sales and brand management. He also held sales and corporate planning positions in the automobile industry with Daimler Chrysler, Volkswagen of America and Kia Motors.
