Inc. (NYSE: KNL) today announced that the Company's Board of
Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share payable June 30, 2011 to all shareholders of record on
June 15, 2011.
Andrew B. Cogan, CEO, stated,

free cash flow can support continued deleveraging as well as the
increased return of capital to our shareholders."
