Irwin Mortgage Corporation Announces Duncan Y. Chiu as Head of Loan Administration INDIANAPOLIS, Nov. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Irwin Mortgage Corporation today announced the addition of a senior executive charged with managing the company's loan administration departments. Duncan Y. Chiu has joined the company as senior vice president for Loan Administration and will report directly to Robert H. Griffith, president and CEO of Irwin Mortgage. He succeeds William Meyer, who is retiring from Irwin Mortgage after 21 years with the company. Mr. Chiu, 50, joins Irwin Mortgage from Dallas-based Arcadia Financial Ltd./TranSouth Financial Corporation, the auto finance division of CitiFinancial, where he was the senior vice president of the Loan Servicing Division. Before that, he was the executive vice president for Loan Administration at Cal Fed Bank (when it was acquired by CitiGroup), overseeing its loan servicing portfolio. Mr. Chiu has held several other loan servicing management positions with financial services companies including Beal Bank, Republic Realty Services and Ryan Mortgage Co. He began his career in public accounting with Peat, Marwick and Company (now known as KPMG) in Omaha and Dallas.
