Mutual Funds against Cancer Announces Interactive Data Corporation as Foundation Partner for 2010

Mutual Funds Against Cancer (MFAC), one of the leading advocates
in the fight against cancer within the mutual fund and financial
services industries, today announced that Interactive Data
Corporation (NYSE: IDC), a leading provider of financial market
data, analytics and related solutions, will serve as its Foundation
Partner for 2010.
2010 will mark the third consecutive year that Interactive Data
serves as MFAC’s Foundation Partner. MFAC is an organization that
raises funds to benefit the “Expect Miracles” Discovery Fund, which
supports the Center for Applied Cancer Sciences (CACS) at the
Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. CACS focuses on research and
treatment for the six deadliest cancers including lung, melanoma,
colon, pancreatic, gioblastoma, and multiple myeloma.

“Through Dana-Farber’s partnerships with Harvard University as well

Despite market conditions last year, MFAC continued to grow and
expand its programs and events in 2009. Raising more than $3
million to date, MFAC has expanded its reach to the West Coast by
introducing the Expect Miracles Charity Fall Classic. This event
mirrors MFAC’s Golf Charity Classic on the East Coast, which
attracts over 500 senior financial executives. In addition, MFAC
was selected for the fourth consecutive year as “Charity of Choice”
for Institutional Investor’s Mutual Fund Awards Gala and will be
handing out its “Expect Miracles Awards” at the event in April
2010.
