Dana Corporation to Delay Third-Quarter Form 10-Q Filing

TOLEDO, Ohio, Nov. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dana Corporation
(NYSE:DCN) announced today that it will not file its Form 10-Q for
the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2005, by the Nov. 14 extended filing

As previously announced, the company will restate its financial
statements for 2004 and the first and second quarters of 2005.
Until such time as the restatements are completed, the company will
not be in a position to finalize its financial statements for the
third quarter of 2005. Dana people design and manufacture products
