CANTEL MEDICAL CORP. (NYSE:CMN) announced that its Board of Directors has approved a Stock Repurchase Program authorizing the repurchase of up to 500,000 shares of its approximately 16,300,000 outstanding shares of Common Stock. Given that the Company is currently in a trading �blackout� period related to its third quarter earnings, the Program will not commence until June 9, 2008 (two business days following the anticipated date of the Company�s public release of third quarter earnings). The Program will have a one year term. Under the Program, shares may be repurchased from time to time in open market transactions at prevailing prices. The timing and actual number of shares purchased will depend on a variety of factors, such as price, corporate and regulatory requirements, and market conditions. Repurchases under the Program will be made using the Company�s available cash or borrowings and may be commenced or suspended at any time or from time-to-time at management�s discretion without prior notice.
