CANTEL MEDICAL CORP. (NYSE:CMN) announced that its Board of Directors has approved a Stock Repurchase Program under which the Company is authorized to repurchase up to 500,000 shares of its approximately 15,600,000 outstanding shares of Common Stock. The Program will commence immediately and have a term of one year. Under the Program, shares may be repurchased from time to time in open market transactions at prevailing prices. The timing and actual number of shares purchased will depend on a variety of factors such as price, corporate and regulatory requirements, and other market conditions. Repurchases under the Program will be made using the Company's own cash resources or borrowings and may be commenced or suspended at any time or from time-to-time at management's discretion without prior notice. The Company presently plans to retire the purchased shares. Cantel Medical Corp. is a leading provider of infection prevention and control products in the healthcare market.
