CANTEL MEDICAL CORP. (NYSE:CMN) today announced that on January 27, 2006 the United States District Court, District of Minnesota, granted Minntech Corporation's Motion for Summary Judgment in the antitrust lawsuit commenced by HDC Medical, Inc. in November 2003. As a result of the ruling, the complaint against Minntech, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cantel, has been dismissed. HDC has a 30-day right to appeal the court's decision. Mr. James P.
