Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 20, 2019, Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has acquired ClearStructure Financial Technology, a global provider of portfolio management solutions for the private debt markets. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
