Events.
On March 17, 2020, the Board of Directors
of Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) authorized a share repurchase program providing for the repurchase
of up to $100 million of the Company’s outstanding common stock. The timing, price, and volume of repurchases will
be based on the Company’s stock price, general market conditions, applicable legal requirements and other factors. The repurchase of
the Company’s common stock may be made from time to time in the open market, in privately negotiated transactions or otherwise
in compliance with Rule 10b-18 and Rule 10b5-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The program may be discontinued
or modified at any time.
