ZELTIQ Aesthetics, Inc. (the “Registrant”) expects to submit the subject Report on Form 10-Q (the “Form 10-Q”) for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 on May 10, 2016, with a filing date of May 11, 2016. The Registrant was unable to file the 10-Q within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense because additional time was required by the Registrant to complete its internal review of the consolidated financial statements required for the Form 10-Q, causing the Registrant to be delayed in its filing of the Form 10-Q by several hours.
