Tri Counties Bank to Distribute 40,000 Eco Friendly Shopping Bags as Part of 40th Anniversary Celebration

Tri Counties Bank is commemorating its 40th anniversary with
festivities throughout its footprint in California.
From a single bank on a tree-lined street in Chico in 1975, Tri
Counties Bank has grown to serve communities from Bakersfield to
the Oregon Border, from the Sierra Nevada to the wild north coast,
with assets over $3.9 billion.
This week current customers will be thanked with 40,000
eco-friendly shopping bags distributed in all branches, while
supplies last. “This is a practical gift of appreciation to our
customers in recognition of our privilege to have served Northern
and Central California communities these past 40 years,” stated
Rick Smith, President & CEO of the bank.
Earlier this month, the Tri Counties Bank employees took part in
a voting process to award $1,000 each to 40 non-profit
organizations throughout Northern and Central California. Those 40
non-profits have been notified and will now be placed into
consideration for an additional master grant of $40,000, the
recipient of which will be announced later this summer.
In addition, employees with a minimum 25 years of service have
received special recognition and celebrated for their contributions
in the success of Tri Counties Bank.
