Other Events

On December 18, 2019, Seattle Genetics, Inc. (the “Company”) and Astellas Pharma Inc. (“Astellas”) issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration granted accelerated approval to PADCEV^TM (enfortumab vedotin-ejfv) for the treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer who have previously received a PD-1/L1 inhibitor and a platinum-containing chemotherapy before (neoadjuvant) or after (adjuvant) surgery or in a locally advanced or metastatic setting. The press release issued by the Company and Astellas is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report and is incorporated by reference herein.
