Each restricted stock unit represents the contingent right to receive one share of Class A Common Stock of Purple Innovation, Inc. 25% of the restricted stock units granted will vest on May 28, 2022. The remaining 75% of the units vest in monthly installments on the first day of each calendar month beginning on June 1, 2022 in the amount of one-forty-eighth of the full amount for the remaining three years.
