Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

On February 4, 2021, the Board of Directors of Powerbridge Technologies Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, announced that effective February 4, 2021, Peng Zhang resigned as a director of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company due to his personal reason. Mr. Zhang’s resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Board of the Company or the Company.
