Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 7, 2009, Linda V. Moore's employment with Merix Corporation (the "Company") was terminated as part of a downsizing of the Company's workforce. Ms. Moore was the Company's Executive Vice President, Human Resources, and General Counsel.
