Consolidates Company Names - Marketing Effort to Strengthen Company Brand Identity - PORTAGE, Mich., Feb. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Manatron, Inc. a leading provider of web-based and client/server application software products and services for county, city and township governments today announced today that it has taken steps to consolidate its company names to streamline operations and establish a stronger, more unified brand identity. The Company will change the name of its Sabre Division to Manatron Appraisal Services, and its GovernMax Division to Manatron eGovernment. This initiative will leverage the Manatron name, which has significant recognition within the local government sector, to create a stronger national brand identity. Manatron's renewed go-to-market strategy is part of its principal goal of improving brand awareness and national sales growth. This marketing effort will allow Manatron to develop a more consistent and effective "go-to-market" message, and result in higher product and service awareness in the local government sector. Operational efficiencies will be realized primarily through more streamlined and focused marketing and advertising functions.
