Johnson Outdoors Inc. (Nasdaq:JOUT) will hold its annual shareholder meeting on March 1, 2006 beginning at 10:00 a.m. Central Time at the Company's global headquarters, located at 555 Main Street in Racine, Wisconsin. Doors will open at 9:30 a.m. At the meeting, shareholders will elect directors for the coming year and ratify auditors for the 2006 fiscal year. The Board of Directors recommends shareholders vote FOR all proposals before them.
